Returned Check Policy:

All returned checks are subject to a processing fee of $35. This fee along with the original amount of the check is due within ten business days of the official notification from Greater Exprience S.A.. 

Refunds Policy: 

CAMPS
All deposits are non-refundable however the deposit amount is transferable to another player or another camp. No refunds will be granted within 30 days of your camp date.


Super Y League:

Once a player has been chosen for a SYL team by Southern Maryland FC coaching staff all fees are non refundable.

If a player gets injuried where as they can no longer play before the start of the season a refund may be obtained by submitting a letter to GESA with details of the injury along with a letter from their doctor that states the player cannot play for an extended amount of time.  The GESA/SMFC board will reply within 30 days.
